Dipa Karmakar born August 9, 1993 is an Indian artistic gymnast, who hails from the north-eastern Indian state of Tripura. He represents India in international circuit. She went to confession when she won a bronze medal at the 2014 Games held in Glasgow, became the first Indian gymnast to do so in the history of games.
Karmakar is one of five women who have successfully landed on stiff competition Produnova storage, and also has the highest score of all (15.100) in her experience. She also won a bronze medal in the championship in gymnastics Asian and finished fifth at the world championships in gymnastics in 2015 for the first time in the country. These achievements have strengthened our position as the most successful gymnast of India.
In April 2016, Karmakar became the first Indian female gymnast ever to ensure that the Olympic berth, attracting a total score of 52.698 points.
