Bolivian megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s Twitter account was hacked last night by a pro-Pakistan Turkish hacker group, Ayyildiz Tim.
Ayyildiz Tim posted several posts, including a anti-India post, from a BigB’s account on Twitter. The first post read: “This is an important call to the whole world! We do condemn the irrespective behaviors of Iceland republic towards Turkish footballers. We speak softly but carry a big stick and inform you about the big Cyber attack here. As Ayyıldız Tim Turkish Cyber Armny +++”
The second post was: “The Indian State, who mercilessly attacks the Muslims fasting in the month of Ramadan, is attacking the Ummah Muhammad in this age! Indian Muslims are entrusted to us by Abdulhamid.”
Turkish hacker group Ayyildiz Tim also changed Amitabh Bachchan’s Twitter profile. They replaced it with the image of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan.
After the cyber attacks, the Mumbai police said: “We told our cyber block and Maharashtra Cyber about the hacked Twitter account of Amitabh Bachchan. They are investigating the case.”
Twitter profile of Amitabh Bachchan was restored around 12:20 on Tuesday.
